All employees report directly to the Operations Manager through written and verbal reports on a regular basis. All jobs are discussed regularly with a focus on ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly every time and to a consistently high standard.

Each manager/ supervisor has specific roles and responsibilities for which they are held accountable. This information is communicated and delivered to our employees through:

  •  training programs
  •  induction courses
  •  reports of work performance (quality checklists, etc)

We recognise the importance of undertaking such programs for our employees to ensure the service we provide is always at a high standard.
